Pinnacle West Introduces Easy Account Access for Shareholders

PHOENIX- Pinnacle West Capital Corporation (NYSE: PNW) just made it easier for registered common shareholders to access their accounts by launching an interactive voice response system and a secure online account access service.

"These services were designed to provide value to our shareholders and to make doing business with us a positive experience," said Lillian Gill, Pinnacle West shareholder services manager. "We’ve worked with our shareholders and want to provide them with the tools to do business the way they want to do business."

The PNW Voice Response System provides shareholders with convenient telephone access to account information 24 hours a day, seven days a week and allows them to obtain:

  • Corporate news and announcements or special messages from the Company;
  • Transfer or replacement instructions for certificates;
  • Information on account transactions such as dividend payments or reinvestments;
  • Current share balances at anytime.

Shareholders can call (800) 457-2983, and press the option for accessing information at any time. For specific account information, shareholders must enter their social security number or taxpayer identification number when prompted for an account ID.

PNW-InvestorLink, the online service, allows shareholders to:

  • Obtain current market value of their accounts;
  • Receive electronic notification of IAP statements and other information;
  • View and make changes to account information online;
  • Open new IAP accounts.

Shareholders who need assistance with either of these new services can call (800) 457-2983 during normal business hours and press the star (*) key.

Participants in the Company’s Investors Advantage Plan (IAP) also can take advantage of these new features. The IAP is a direct stock purchase and dividend reinvestment program with an initial investment as low as $50.
