Jessica Hobbick is vice president, Rates & Regulatory, for Arizona Public Service Company (APS). Based in Phoenix, APS is Arizona’s largest energy provider and serves about 1.4 million homes and businesses across the state.

In her role, Hobbick leads APS’s Rate Strategy teams as well as the Regulatory Affairs and Compliance teams.

Hobbick has worked for APS for more than 26 years, most recently serving as Senior Director of Rate Strategy and Regulatory Affairs. She started in the Customer Service organization and held various leadership positions of increasing responsibility before joining the Regulatory team in 2016. She previously served as Manager of the Billing and Business Analyst Departments, Manager of Revenue Requirements and Rate Design, and Director of Pricing.

She currently serves as a Board Member Emeritus of Catholic Charities.

Hobbick graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Grand Canyon University.
