Danielle Evans is vice president, customer experience and communications for Arizona Public Service (APS). Based in Phoenix, APS is Arizona’s largest energy company and serves about 1.4 million homes and businesses across the state.
Her responsibilities include leadership of customer experience strategy and solutions, customer service operations, external communications and marketing.
Evans has been with APS and Pinnacle West since 2011, advancing through roles of increasing responsibility in Audit Services before moving into leadership positions within Customer Experience, including Revenue Operations and Customer Experience Operations.
She also serves as a director of the APS Foundation.
Evans holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from Eastern Washington University.
