Mackenzie Rodgers is vice president of Transmission and Distribution Operations for Arizona Public Service Company (APS). Based in Phoenix, APS is Arizona’s largest energy provider, serving more than 1.4 million homes and businesses across the state.
In her role, Rodgers is responsible for the core engineering, construction, operations and support functions of APS’s transmission and distribution system.
Rodgers joined the company in 2007 as a customer project representative. She has since held roles of increasing responsibility in Generation, Public Policy and Transmission and Distribution, including her most recent positions as director, Northern Division; director, Transmission Operations and Maintenance; and senior director, Transmission and Distribution Operations and Maintenance.
Rodgers currently serves on the boards of the Boys and Girls Club of Central Arizona and the Sedona Chamber of Commerce and Tourism.
Rodgers is a certified Project Management Professional and holds a bachelor’s degree in biology from Loyola Marymount University.
