Selecting Data

The box in the bottom left hand corner of the tool allows you to select line items of data to plot on the cart or add to the tabular view.

• Select data – Click on the data you wish to plot.  Clicking another data entry replaces the existing data in the chart or table.
• “Plus” sign – When exhibited next to an entry, the “plus” sign indicates multiple data sets are available under that entry.  Click on the “plus” sign to expand the category.
• Compare data – To plot multiple data entries simultaneously, hold down the CTRL key and click each desired data item.  Remove data from the chart or table by holding down the CTRL key and clicking the data entry you wish to remove.

Calculations

Click on the calculations menu item to reveal a list of calculations that can be applied to the data you have selected.  Click on a specific calculation and it will be automatically applied to your data.

Export function

You can download the data into Excel be selecting the Data choice in the Export menu.  Selecting “Image” allows you to export the current chart display as a JPEG or PNW image.
