At Pinnacle West we strive to offer our interns a challenging and meaningful internship experience. Interns work alongside industry professionals in a variety of fields including, engineering, trades and crafts, information technology, and business. Our interns are employed throughout our organization including APS corporate headquaters, APSES, Palo Verde Nuclear Generating Station, Energy Delivery (transmission distribution departments), Generation Engineering, and our power plant locations such as Cholla (Joseph City, AZ) and Four Corners (Farmington, NM). At Pinnacle West our interns are considered an integral part of the team.
Our commitment to the personal and professional development of our interns extends beyond on the job training. The School to Work (STW) team provides our interns with opportunities for growth and networking through community service activities, professional development workshops, scholarship awards, and recognition events to name a few.
