Some of the documents found in the Pinnacle West Web site have been created as Adobe® PDF files so they can be printed to fit a standard sheet of paper. If your computer already has Adobe Acrobat® Reader® installed, simply click on the PDF document of your choice to view it and print it.

If you don’t currently have this free software but would like to install it, click on the button that says, "Get Acrobat Reader." 

The amount of time this downloading process takes depends on the speed of your modem connection. With slower modems, it can take as long as an hour to download this software. Once you have it, however, you will be able to open PDF documents on this and other Web sites.
