Steven Wheeler joined Arizona Public Service (APS) in June 2001. As Executive Vice President of Customer Service and Regulation, he is responsible for customer service, transmission and distribution operations, pricing and state and federal regulatory matters for APS. Wheeler is a former partner of the law firm of Snell & Wilmer, where he was Chairman of its Energy, Natural Resources and Environmental Law practice group and a member of the firm’s Executive Committee.
