Nancy Loftin is the Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Pinnacle West Capital Corporation and Arizona Public Service (APS).  She is responsible for legal issues facing Pinnacle West and its subsidiaries, including APS, Pinnacle West Energy, APS Energy Services, SunCor and El Dorado.  Nancy also serves as Secretary for the companies, handling corporate governance issues and managing the Shareholder Services and Records Departments.  Prior to joining APS in 1985, Nancy was with the Securities Division of the Arizona Corporation Commission.
