Barb Gomez is vice president, Supply Chain Management for Arizona Public Service Company (APS). She manages the company’s extensive supply chain, procurement, warehousing and logistics functions.
Gomez began her career with APS in 1978 and has held a wide variety of leadership positions in the regulatory, budgeting, long-range planning, forecasting and treasury departments prior to becoming an Officer in 1999. She was vice president and treasurer for Pinnacle West Capital Corporation and APS from 1999 to 2009 and vice president, controller, chief accounting officer in 2009 prior to assuming her current duties in 2010.
Gomez graduated from Bucknell University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, and earned a Master of Business Administration degree from Arizona State University.
