David Hansen is Vice President of Fossil Operations for Arizona Public Service Company (APS). Prior to assuming his current duties in January 2010, Hansen was Vice President, Power Marketing & Trading. He was responsible for bulk power marketing and commodity trading activities, including risk management and sales to direct access markets, and for APS’ 24-hour power scheduling functions. Hansen began his career at APS in 1980 in the mailroom and progressed through a variety of power plant positions.
