Warren Kotzmann is the Vice President of Strategic Initiatives and Risk for Arizona Public Service Company (APS). Mr. Kotzmann assumed this position in January, 2006. Other roles within Pinnacle West include Vice-President of Business and Corporate for Pinnacle West Energy Corporation, Director of Corporate Planning and Senior Attorney. Prior to joining Pinnacle West and APS, Warren was an attorney with the law firm of Jennings, Strouss and Salmon in Phoenix, Arizona.
Mr. Kotzmann received his JD degree from Arizona State University College of Law, and a BS in accounting from Arizona State University College of Business. He is a member of the Arizona and California State Bars.
