David P. Falck joined Pinnacle West and Arizona Public Service Company (APS) as Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary in July 2009. He is responsible for overseeing all facets of the company’s legal affairs as well as the Company’s state and federal Public Affairs groups. Falck has more than 25 years of experience as a legal advisor to the energy industry. Prior to joining APS, he was Senior Vice President – Law for New Jersey-based Public Service Enterprise Group Inc., and a member of its Executive Officer Group. Prior to joining the senior management team at PSEG, Falck was a partner and member of the Managing Board of Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP, New York, an 800-lawyer firm with offices in the U.S.and abroad. He joined Winthrop, Stimson, Putnam & Roberts, a predecessor firm, in 1978.
