James R. Hatfield is Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Pinnacle West and its principal subsidiary APS.

With more than 28 years of electric and gas industry experience, Mr. Hatfield joined Pinnacle West in July 2008 from OGE Energy Corp., the parent company of Oklahoma Gas and Electric Company, where he served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer since 1999. He has a B.S. degree from Central Missouri State University, as well as an M.B.A. from the University of Missouri-Kansas City.
