Tammy McLeod is Vice President and Chief Customer Officer for Arizona Public Service Company (APS). McLeod’s responsibilities include leadership of statewide customer service operations, marketing, community relations and economic development.
McLeod joined APS in 1995, and previously served as general manager of Southern Arizona Operations. McLeod has also worked in a variety of marketing and management roles within the software industry including Educational Management Group and Jostens Learning Corporation. She began her career as a project manager for Whitbread & Co. P.L.C. in London, England.
McLeod volunteers her time with numerous non-profit organizations, and sits on the boards of the Arizona Humanities Council, Arizona Women’s Education and Employment, the Desert Botanical Garden, Greater Phoenix Economic Council and Local First Arizona Foundation.
McLeod earned her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Colorado, and her Master of Business Administration degree from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
