Dwight Mims is Vice President for Regulatory Affairs and Plant Improvement at the Palo Verde Nuclear Generating Station®.

Prior to APS, Mims was the site director-Operations at Prairie Island Nuclear Generating Plant in Minnesota. He has 35 years of nuclear experience from his time in the Navy and at Tennessee Valley Authority, Entergy and as site director-Operations at Palisades Nuclear Plant in Michigan. At Entergy he served as site general manager of plant operations, as director of Nuclear Safety and Regulatory Affairs and as engineering manager.
