The Code of Ethics and Business Practices online training is a comprehensive look at the Company’s Ethics Policy, Values and Policies and Procedures. The course also provides scenarios to apply the concepts in everyday situations. In addition, the course includes a mastery assessment for participants to demonstrate their understanding of the course material and an electronic signoff through which participants commit to abide by the Company's standards. All Company officers, Board Members, and employees are required to complete this online training course.
The Doing the Right Thing employee booklet presents the Ethics Policy and the Standards of Business Practices of Pinnacle West and its subsidiaries. Employees receive a copy of the Doing the Right Thing booklet when they join the company and are provided updates periodically throughout their employment.
The Doing the Right Thing - Contractors pamphlet provides an abbreviated version of the booklet's content as it applies specifically to contractors. The pamphlet is distributed to key contractors in partnership with the company's contract labor vendors.
