The Doing the Right Thing 2008 online training highlights a few key concepts from the Doing the Right Thing employee booklet. In addition, the course includes a mastery assessment for participants to demonstrate their understanding of the course material and an electronic signoff through which participants commit to abide by the Company's standards. All Company officers, Board Members, and employees are required to complete this online training course.

Employees receive a copy of the Doing the Right Thing booklet when they join the company and are provided updates periodically throughout their employment.
The Doing the Right Thing - Contractors pamphlet provides an abbreviated version of the booklet's content as it applies specifically to contractors. The pamphlet is distributed to key contractors in partnership with the company's contract labor vendors.
