APS and its predecessors have been an important part of the Arizona community for more than 120 years. We are a major employer in the state. We are significantly involved in civic, volunteer, business leadership and economic development activities across the state. We recognize that these activities are, in fact, critical business activities that will help our company succeed financially in the long term, while improving the quality of life for our employees and customers.  We consider this a defining factor in our business. We strive to improve the quality of our communities as an integral factor in achieving our financial success.
