Major Products and Services
Pinnacle West and its family of companies have earned a reputation for customer satisfaction, shareholder value, operational excellence and business integrity. Pinnacle West is a Phoenix-based company with consolidated assets of approximately $9.9 billion. Through its subsidiaries, the company generates, sells and delivers electricity and sells energy-related products and services to retail and wholesale customers in the western United States. It also develops residential, commercial, and industrial real estate projects.

Our largest affiliate, Arizona Public Service (APS), generates, sells and delivers electricity and energy-related products and services. APS serves more than 1,000,000 customers in 11 of Arizona’s 15 counties, and is the operator and co-owner of the Palo Verde Nuclear Generating Station – a primary source of electricity for the Southwest.

Our other affiliates include SunCor Development Company, a developer of residential, commercial and industrial real estate; APS Energy Services, a retail energy service provider; Pinnacle West Energy, a competitive generation company; and El Dorado Investment Company, a venture capital and investment firm.
