We take many precautions to avoid spills. However, despite our efforts, on occasional an accidental spill occurs. The following table details our spill history.

Spill Prevention
A number of company facilities store oil in large enough quantities and are located in such areas that they are obligated to comply with Spill, Prevention, Control and Countermeasure (SPCC) regulations. As part of this program, the facilities implement structural and procedural practices to minimize the likelihood of discharges. These practices include containment selection, secondary containment features, drainage diversions, increased inspection frequencies and specialized employee training. The company’s SPCC programs have successfully prevented the discharge of oil to regulated waters throughout its operating areas.
All company facilities employ management practices to help prevent uncontrolled discharges of oil and other chemicals into the environment. As appropriate, facilities utilize containment and/or collections technologies where chemicals are delivered, stored for use, used and stored for off-site transfer. All chemical handling employees are trained to these management practices and are aware of the measures necessary to prevent discharges to the environment. Regular maintenance and inspection of these facilities helps ensure their proper function and integrity.
