Pinnacle West Capital Corporation is the parent company of APS, Arizona’s largest and longest-running electric utility. With more than 900,000 customers, APS provides wholesale or retail electric service to the entire state except Tucson and about half of the Phoenix area. APS also generates, and directly or through Pinnacle West’s power marketing division, sells and delivers electricity and energy-related products and services to wholesale and retail customers in the western United States.
Pinnacle West’s subsidiaries include: Arizona Public Service Company, Inc. (APS); Pinnacle West Energy Corporation; APS Energy Services Company, Inc.; SunCor* and El Dorado.*
