William J. Post was Chairman of the Board of the Company from February 2001 and CEO of the Company from February 1999 until his retirement as an officer on April 30, 2009. Mr. Post has served as an officer of the Company in the following additional capacities: from August 1999 to February 2001 as President; from February 1997 to February 1999 as President; and from June 1995 to February 1997 as Executive Vice President. Mr. Post was also Chairman of the Board of APS until April 2009 and held various officer positions at APS beginning in 1982.
