William H. Spence has been a director since 2021. As the former Chief Executive Officer of an investor-owned electric utility company, Bill brings a broad range of operating experience in the energy industry. He has extensive experience in strategy development and risk management and has a comprehensive understanding of the issues facing an electric utility, including regulatory strategy and customer service. Bill also co-chaired an Edison Electric Institute task force that developed an industry strategy for cybersecurity threats. He brings significant public board experience both from his role as Chairman of PPL Corporation and from his service as a director of Williams Companies, Inc.
