Glynis A. Bryan has been a director since 2020. She is the Chief Financial Officer of Insight Enterprises, Inc. As a CFO for more than 15 years, Glynis brings to the Board broad functional experience in financial planning and analysis, treasury, capital markets, and managing financial risk. In addition to her executive leadership experience, she also has more than 15 years of public company board experience, having served on the Board of Pentair plc, where she served as the Chair of the Audit and Finance Committee and previously served on the Compensation Committee. She also brings added diversity to the Board as a woman of color.
